Q: What is the overall aim of this program?
A: It is simply: To Inspire and then be inspired at the Worldwide Community Powered by Positive Actions.

Initiated by the actions of many wonderful people, One Positive Act at a Time!
Families may share this adventure with their children, congregations may share in a sense of compassion with their congregants, employers may share in a sense of pride with their employees, and organizations can share in a sense of commitment with their members; the list is endless!
Q: Why should an individual, cause, group, association, or company use this site?
A: The concepts of Trust and Transparency are essential to achieving high levels of success and participation. In this light, EndlessActs.com has NO structural or corporate relationship of ANY kind to ANY of the Causes, Groups, Associations, Organizations or Companies represented here. It maintains an “Arms Length” understanding with those listed above and therefore, provides a platform of wholly operational and procedural confidence for everyone wishing to become involved. Our corporate mission of spreading and then sharing in the cumulative positive effects of an increasing number of performed good acts requires nothing less.
Q. Is Endless Acts associated in any way with any particular Religion, Cultural or Social group?
A. No. Please read the "About Us", "Our Story" and "Mission Statements" sections of the site to understand from where this came.
Q: How do I define a positive act, good deed or "endless act"?
A: We define “good/positive deed or act” as any act of kindness, hope, charity, support, love or recognition, large are small. You may choose to wash a car for a sick relative or fund an International Foundation to help save the whales. No judgment is made as to how magnanimous or tiny or grandiose or seemingly trivial any single act should be; just doing something, recording it and then passing on the hope that someone else will continue the process and also share in its cumulative impact, is the key.
Q: What is your "$ Giving Back" Program ?
The basic idea is this: The more positive acts that are recorded on behalf of your occasion, referencing the words engraved on your Spark, the more $ We Give Back to the charity or good cause that YOU have selected!
We simply count the number of Endless Acts recorded on our website on behalf of your event, cause or occasion for a period of 30 days; then we compare this total to the number of "Sparks" you requested for your given Event. The higher the percentage of participation, the larger the donation Endless Acts contributes.
This is our way of helping to encourage everyone to perform and then record positive acts.
Q. Do I have to purchase something from the site in order to send a "Spark"?
A. No. You are invited to send a "Virtual Spark" to anyone of your choosing for absolutely No Charge.
Q: Can I purchase just one of your stock items?
A: Yes, absolutely. Note; Our Wrist Bands are custom made for each order.
Q: Can you help me make a specially designed coin?
A: Yes. We call this a Sponsored Elite "Spark". There is a 250 piece minimum and production requirements so please contact us for details. phil@endlessacts.com.
Please note: We are happy to engrave as few as one of our stock pieces.
Q: How do I "share in and experience" the good acts that are performed by others who also received the Spark?
A: Simply go to the Browse Acts section of the site, placethe words that are engraved on your Spark into the search location, click and up will come the complete log of all of the positive acts that were performed and registered on behalf of your event or cause, since the occasion date.
Q: How do I Record a Positive Act?
A: You simply visit the "Record an Act" page and add a new log entry.
Q: Must I choose a Charity or Cause or Fundraising Program in order to participate?
A: No. You may chose to send or give a "Spark Item" for any reason to any person(s) and for any reason of your choice.
Q. Do I have to purchase a Spark in order to join the community?
A: No. Again, you may send a "Virtual Spark" for no fee at all.
Q: Is EndlessActs.com involved in any way with choosing or recommending a cause or charity for us?
A: No; you choose the cause, you choose the Spark Item, you tell us what to engrave on each item, you choose how many and the type of Sparks you wish to request from us and then you send them or give them, however you wish. It is just that easy!
Q: If I wish to use Sparks for fundraising purposes, who determines the amount that I sell them for?
A: You do. You determine how much or how little you want to add to the cost of the Spark Item and therefore, you determine how much you want to raise, per item, for your cause.
Some organizations do not "sell" the Sparks; they give them away when certain donation campaigns goals have been reached or when a certain size donation is made to them. For example, One Elite Spark for each $100.00 donation. See Fundraising Ideas for further examples.
Endless Acts will also make a donation to your cause or charity, via our $Giving Back program, based upon how many positive acts are recorded on this site on behalf of your occasion or event referencing the words that you chose to engrave on your Spark Item for your event or occasion.
Q. Must I use all of the parts of the Endless Acts program?
A. No. Endless Acts is designed to enable you to choose those parts that fit with your event, occcasion or cause. You choose which facets of the program you wish to use and how robust you wish to make the occasion. If fundraising is important then please include this in your event. If however, it is not appropriate for your particular occasion then, by all means, feel free to not have it be part of your celebration.
Q: How long does it take to receive my item?
A: If you choose one of our stock items we will normally ship them from our facility as follows:
1 to 10 items 3 working days (after order date) items are shipped.
10 to 50 3-5 working days
51 to 100 5-7 working days
101 or more 7-10 working days.
If you have any concerns regarding an "In Hands Date" please contact us by email or call 847 251 6650 and we will do everything in our power to assist you with your requirements.
Note: Our Wrist Bands are all custom orders and take 14 days to arrive.
Q: Is shipping and handling included?
A: The prices indicated on our products pages do not include shipping and handling.
Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: Yes. Please note that almost every order is a special order, as most orders request custom engraved personalization therefore, your credit card will be charged after your order has been reviewed by our staff and before your order is manufactured. So, please make sure to review your order before submitting it.
Q: Is this secure?
A: Yes. In order to provide the highest level of security we have contracted with PayPalTM for our credit card processing. PayPalTM is the premiere Internet payment processing company and is used by nearly all websites online today. One example is eBay, the largest marketplace online today.
Q: Can I pay by check?
A: Yes. During checkout you can select this option and will be provided an address to mail your payment to. We will keep your order on hold until the payment is received and clears your bank.
Q: Do I have to submit personal information, such as full names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. when I record my positive act on the "Record an Act" page?
A: No! The good act is what is important and we would rather not have anyone place this personal information on the Record Page. What is important is the positive effect of the expansion of good deeds and not any particular individual.
However, you may state your email address so that individuals may be able to communicate with each other and "share in" the cascade of good acts that are performed on behalf of the same or a similar cause.
Q: How detailed should I be when recording my good deed or act?
A: You set the tone for the recording of the good acts that are done and recorded after yours, so be respectful of the next readers time.
However, please state what and why the occasion or good act was important to you referencing the special cause, event, person or occsaion. Thank you.
Q: If I pass the Spark Keepsake to another peorson, is this person expected to make a donation to my or any cause or charity?
A: No. No donation is necessary or suggested. If however, the "Spark" recipient, on their own, wishes to make a contribution, they of course, may simply use the information provided and do so. Note: Unexpected donations are always appreciated by those groups or organizations needing scarce funds.
Q: Do you verify whether or not any purchase from the site is tax deductible for me or my company or organization?
A: No. EndlessActs.com makes no statement what-so-ever regarding the deductibility or tax implications of any purchase made from EndlessActs.com. Please consult your accountant.
Q: Do you sell the individually recorded good acts to other web sites?
A: No. Once the good deed is recorded on this site it becomes the property of this site and will not be sold to another web site.
Q: Do you offer Retailing and Distributor (non stocking) Programs?
A: Yes. Our goal is to encourage as many people as possible to perform and record good, positive acts therefore, we do have 1) retail locations that provide our Sparks directly to the public and 2) Distributors (no inventory stocking required) that expand the program to schools, churches, synagogues, associations, institutions, hotels, event planners, corporations, non-profits, charities, wedding planners, etc.. Q: Does EndlessActs contribute to a charity?
A: Yes, A percentage goes to the original food pantry that started us on our way. See "Our Story".
Q: Is there a handling charge for my order?
A: Yes. We apply a 3% handling/transaction amount.
Q: Can we cancel an order and have our money returned?
A: Yes, but please note that if any personalization or engraving is requested, this constitutes a "Special Order" and the funds will not be refunded. Also, if your order has been shipped or required special requests or handling the funds cannot be refunded.

Q: What is Hope(N) ?
A: This is written as a mathematical shorthand standing for “Hope to the Power of N” where N can be any number to infinity therefore, it is meant to imply an endless number of good, positive acts being performed resulting in an ever increasing level of hope. The same interpretation applies to kindness (n), love(n), support(n), recognition(n) and charity(n).
Q: What is "Impact Loop"™?
A: "Impact Loop" ™ is the EndlessActs designed method used to create a program that, within its structure, creates a self motivating incentive encouraging people to continue the program of good acts or continued fundraising after the initial event has occurred; essentially creating a self sustaining, self generating recognition/fundraising loop.
